n(A) = n(A-B)+n(AnB) explain this equation because if we adding n(AnB) then it must be mean that we adding that part of A which includes B too. where A,B are sets and n(A) cardinal no. of A set.

n(A-B) gives the number of elements of A which are not containedinhence clear B,whereas n(AnB) gives the number of elements which belong to both A and B.
